Pre-assessment eligibility questionnaire

If you are interested in being an accredited Awards Trust Mark member to enhance trust between your award programme and those entering, then please complete the following eligibility questionnaire.

Once received, we will assess your eligibility and contact you within 5 working days. If eligible, you’ll be sent an application form along with an invoice. Payment must be made in advance of assessment.
